Debbie Rice came to Cailor Fleming in June 2003 as a commercial lines processor. In August 2005, she became a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent and worked in the small commercial department until August 2009, when she was transferred to the Orthotics & Prosthetics Program Department.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family.
